Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with legal obligations. Your account is kept while active; upon deletion your data is removed or anonymized.

Recipients

Data is processed by technical providers (hosting, authentication, email) acting as data processors. We do not sell data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (arts. 15–22 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante). You can exercise them by writing to privacy@papagaiomalcriado.com.
