Wellness

Living well
is an art.

Wellness does not come from a single act.
It comes from the balance between nutrition, movement, mind and spirit.

The art of balance

When one of these elements is neglected, balance weakens.

When they learn to work together, wellness is born.

Nutrition

Food is the fuel that powers every day.

Nutritional supplementation

When diet and lifestyle aren't always enough on their own.

Train the body

Not to become athletes. To feel alive.

Train the mind

Focus, learning, resilience and personal growth.

Train the spirit

Values, motivations, passions and meaning. The part of us that gives direction to life.

My balance

I don't start from the idea of having a formula to offer.
I start from a simpler, and perhaps more honest, question: what do I need for feeling truly alive?

For me, wellness is not a promise, not an aesthetic goal and not a discipline to show off.
It is a fragile balance between what I eat, the way I move, the thoughts I cultivate, the energies I consume and the meaning I manage to give to my days.

I'm not looking for perfection. I seek clarity. I seek energy. I seek presence.
I seek a body that accompanies me, a mind that does not devour me and an inner space free enough to still let me dream.

You want to be well to still have energy to write a book, love a woman, leave for Bali, invent an absurd story, drink good wine with friends, laugh at a stupid joke and come home with the feeling of having lived.

This journey starts here. From a personal reasoning.
From attempts, falls, new beginnings and small daily choices.
It's not a road to copy. It's a road I'm learning to build.

Giovanni

"Humans contemplate the stars, write poems about eternity, and then ignore sleep, water and their backs. It's surprising civilization has made it this far."
